About Us

Dunstaple Farm Ltd is the home of award-winning Farmer Tom's Ice Cream and is a small family-run business based near Holsworthy in Devon.
 
Farmer Tom bought the business in October 1999 after a farming accident, with the idea to continue milking cows and run the ice cream business on the side. However, the ice cream took off and has continued to grow ever since, from 17 to over 300 local customers.
 
We use locally sourced milk and cream as well as natural ingredients to create our delicious ice creams.
 
In recent years, Tom's two daughters Beth and Molly have become more involved in the company and hope to one day run it together.
